5. Paco Alcacer (Barcelona)
Two years back, Alcacer was one of the most wanted players in the La Liga. Surprisingly, he chose to sign for Barcelona where he knew he wouldn’t be getting enough game time. As expected, the move hasn’t gone well for him, but the Spaniard still has a lot to offer. Arsenal have signed Lacazette, but they will need someone after Sanchez departs. With Giroud and Welbeck not playing that frequently for Wenger, Alcacer should be a good and worthy signing for the Gunners.
4. Benjamin Pavard (VfB Stuttgart)
Arsenal have a lot of trouble at the back especially in the heart of the defence. Koscielny has been good, but he has lacked the support he wanted from either Mertesacker or Mustafi. Benjamin is a young and tall centre-back who has been very impressive for Stuttgart. He was one of the important players to bring Stuttgart back in the top division in Germany and is certainly the type of player that can be useful at the back for Arsene and Arsenal.
3. Emil Forsberg (RB Leipzig)
Forsberg was strongly wanted by Barcelona this summer, but Leipzig kept their stance strong, keeping the player at the club against his wishes. While Forsberg didn’t claim any desires to move away, his agent was quite vocal about his wishes. Forsberg has been one of the impressive wingers in the Bundesliga from the last two seasons, and it is about time that he moves away. Barcelona have signed other wingers, and with only Manchester United left as a strong competition to sign Forsberg, the Gunners should try every possible trick off their sleeve to sign him and strengthen their attack.
2. Lorenzo Insigne (Napoli)
Napoli are currently one of the best-attacking sides in Europe and Insigne has been one of their important players in achieving this feat. The Italian can play both as a winger and also as a playmaker who is certainly a very good thing considering either or both Sanchez and Ozil might leave. Arsenal’s free-flowing and fluid attacking game suits Insigne’s style of play and it will surely be a huge boost if the Gunners manage to sign him.
1. Nabil Fekir (Lyon)
The Frenchman is one of the hottest prospects from the Ligue 1 for some time now. Left-footed Fekir can too play both as a winger and as a playmaker. He possesses flair and has the technique to be a lethal threat in the attack. Fekir has been eyeing a move to the Premier League, and it is almost imminent he will be soon in England. Arsenal need to capitalise on his desires and get his signature to bolster their squad for the future.
